Subscriber Benefits Porchlight Music Theatre is pleased to welcome you to the 2007-2008 Season. We are committed to providing you outstanding productions and personalized service. Please read over the following information so that you can maximize your Porchlight Music Theatre experience this season. Ticket Exchange Privileges Porchlight Music Theatre is pleased to offer a complimentary* flexible ticket exchange program. Please arrange your ticket exchange at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance. Contact porchlighttheatre@yahoo.com or 773.325.9884 or Theatre Building Chicago's box office directly at 773.327.5252. In the event of a last minute emergency preventing your attendance at a performance, please call the box office 773.327.5252 so they can release the seats.* Exchanges, of course, are subject to ticket availability for a given performance. *If a subscriber does not notify the box office to release seats prior to the performance, a $15 per ticket fee will be charged for ticket exchanges requested after the originally scheduled performance. (This is minimal compensation for the lost seat revenue). Occasionally, a subscriber must miss a show entirely because of extenuating circumstances or plans for an end of the run show had to be canceled. In such instances, please release the tickets through the box office and we will provide you a donation acknowledgement for the value of the donated tickets. Additional Tickets Subscribers enjoy a $3 off discount for additional tickets purchased. Folks often use their season flex pass for their repeat visit and this discount for friends they wish to introduce to Porchlight Music Theatre. Season Flex Pass All full season grand subscriptions include a flex pass which allows you to come to see a play again and again. Specific conditions are printed on the pass itself. Seating Preference Requests If you have not already done so, please contact porchlighttheatre@yahoo.com . Let us know about seating needs based on physical challenges and/or subscriber friends with whom you wish to be seated. We also pledge our best efforts to meet subscriber seat location preferences. All shows this season will be staged in the west theater with the thrust stage. Reserved Seating Upon entering the theater, please look for your name on a laminated reserved seat sign. Make sure these remain on the seatback or are given to the house manager so they can be used for the full season. Thank-you! In addition, the newsletter provides insights about productions as gleaned from interviews with actors, directors, and creative team members. Return Privileges See shows again and again with the Season Flex Pass! (donors only) Savings Subscribers save 15%-20% off single ticket prices. Parking at Theatre Building Chicago All full season grand subscriptions include a parking permit that allows you to park in Cooper's lot on Sundays with the expectation that you visit Cooper's following the show. Valet parking for $8 is available at the theater. A city lot is three blocks west of the theater and Belmont has metered street parking. Special Dining Options Our official dining partner, Cooper's - A Neighborhood Eatery, is just across the street from the theater. Critically acclaimed for good food, a 90+ beer list, and value, Cooper's offers 10% off the food bill to Porchlight patrons who present their tickets. We appreciate Cooper's delicious donations of hors d'oeuvres for the opening reception of each show. In addition, Theatre Building Chicago patrons enjoy discounts and/or special theater menus at several restaurants in the vicinity. Complimentary Invitations

After we receive your subscription order, we'll send you a comprehensive subscriber packet with details on obtaining tickets. Reserving and Obtaining Tickets Subscribers are mailed a comprehensive packet explaining our ultra flexible ticket reservation process. Tickets are then mailed to subscribers. |
