Porchlight appreciates the grants from the City of Chicago Department of Cultural
Affairs and the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency. Porchlight encourages its audience
members to thank their alderman, state representative, and state senator for
supporting such vital government funding for the arts.
Porchlight Music Theatre is grateful to the A.R.T. League and the Seabury
Foundation for grants to help underwrite our community outreach program which
provides complimentary and subsidized tickets for individuals and groups, especially
youth, from underserved communities. For these audience members,
Porchlight is often their first experience of live, professional theater.
